- Advising ING Bank Śląski on a loan agreement for Paged group companies. Preparing and negotiating loan documents to the LMA standard
- Advising Raiffeisen Bank on financing via the project finance formula for Arkady Sobieskiego Negotiating a financing agreement with collateral for a joint venture to construct an office building
- Advising Baltic Power, a JV company owned by the ORLEN Group and Northland Power, on the first offshore wind farm financing transaction in Poland, consisting of 76 wind turbines with a capacity of 15 MW each. The €4.7 billion financing was provided by 25 international and local financial institutions, including Polish and international commercial banks, export credit agencies (ECAs) and other financial institutions, including the European Investment Bank (EIB), the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), Euler Hermes, the Danish Export and Investment Fund and Export Development Canada
- Advising Better Energy on refinancing the construction costs of a portfolio of 5 photovoltaic farms in Poland with a total capacity of 237 MW. The farms were constructed by five Polish SPVs. Funding in the form of a EUR 65 million loan was provided by AP Pension, Denmark’s main pension fund
- Advising Bank Pekao on a financing transaction which enabled Enterprise Investors to acquire a stake in Advanced Protection Systems, a company developing radar and anti-drone technology

- Advising a consortium of Santander Bank Polska and Erste Group Bank AG on loan financing for an SPV managed by Cornerstone Investment Management and its joint venture partner, in connection with the acquisition of the Warta Tower office building
- Advising Photon Energy on acquiring 100% of the shares in Lerta (a virtual power plant)
- Advising Belgian bank Aion Bank on its entry into Poland by establishing a branch. Helping to develop internal procedures and to create standardised documents for deposit and loan products
