SSW advised mBank on financing a transaction to acquire the Franowo Shopping Centre

Experts from SSW Pragmatic Solutions advised mBank S.A. on financing a transaction to acquire Opal CF sp. z o.o. Centrum Franowo, a shopping centre in Poznań, from the seller Ingka Centres Polska sp. z o.o. 

 The Franowo Shopping Centre is a facility with more than 15,000 sqm of retail and office space. It has more than 26 stores and service outlets and 530 parking spaces. Its main tenants are: Biedronka, Media Expert, Martes sport, Pepco, Hendi, Kik and Ziaja. An Ikea store is located nearby.
