SSW Pragmatic Solutions advised BPM Capital on negotiating a mezzanine facility agreement and a package of finance documents with ZOO Factory and its management.
Under the agreement, ZOO Factory and an SPV controlled by the company’s CEO were granted a loan for the purposes of financing a leveraged management buy-out of ZOO Factory.
BPM Capital provides mezzanine financing in the Baltic region and Poland, seeking to support experienced management teams in their efforts to grow and expand their businesses.
