Impexmetal secured a loan for PLN 270,000,000. SSW Pragmatic Solutions acted as the Borrower’s counsel

SSW Pragmatic Solutions advised Impexmetal S.A. and Boryszew S.A. on the process of negotiating a facility agreement with HSBC. Under the agreement, signed on the 16th of May 2019, Impexmetal S.A. was granted a loan and a guarantee for the purposes of financing a tender offer for Impexmetal’s own shares.
