Piotr is the Head of SSW’s Banking and Finance practice and the Co-Head of the Restructuring and Insolvency practice. He specialises in banking and finance, including project finance, real estate finance, corporate finance and refinancing deals (advising both lenders and borrowers). He has expertise in debt issues in both domestic and international capital markets.
He advises on financial restructuring deals and on structuring enforcement strategies. Additionally, he represents financial institutions in litigation involving restructuring / insolvency elements.
