White Stone Development secured a loan for PLN 43 million. SSW Pragmatic Solutions acted as the Borrower’s counsel

SSW Pragmatic Solutions advised White Stone Development on negotiating a facility agreement and a package of finance documents with Santander Bank Polska. Under the agreement, an SPV from White Stone Development capital group was granted a loan for the purposes of financing a construction project in Szczecin.

White Stone Group is a developer of modern residential and commercial real estate in Poland. It has erected 29 residential buildings with a total value of over PLN 2 billion, 8 commercial buildings and 150,000 sqm of office space.
