SSW lawyers advised UAB “Atsinaujinančios energetikos investicijos” on the financing of the development of photovoltaic farms granted by Bank Pekao SA

SSW lawyers advised on the financing of a renewable energy project. The financing was related to construction of 36 photovoltaic farms with a total capacity of 67,7 MWp sponsored by UAB “Atsinaujinančios energetikos investicijos”. The facility loan was granted to PV Energy Projects and the photovoltaic plants are to be built in eight voivodeships in Poland. 

PV Energy Projects is an SPV of the Lithuanian closed-end investment company intended for informed investors UAB “Atsinaujinančios energetikos investicijos” managed by Lords LB Asset Management. Lords LB Asset Management is a reputable provider of investment management services to institutional clients and high net worth individuals active on the Polish RES market and in the Baltic countries developing photovoltaic investment projects.
