Marcin leads SSW’s Labour Law practice. He has over 15 years’ professional experience. Marcin specialises in advising on both individual and collective labour law. He advises clients on selecting optimal forms of employment, designing and implementing corporate labour law regulations, structuring, reorganising and reducing employment. He also advises on labour law issues which arise during restructurings and M&A transactions.

He is also experienced in corporate law. He advises clients on complex issues regarding the structure and internal organization of enterprises, implementing and enforcing corporate governance principles, the status, employment and liability of the members of governing bodies and management staff. He provides ongoing advice on relocating employees to Poland and legalising their residence and employment in Poland. He represents clients in labour law disputes, during both the pre-court and litigation stages. He conducts workshops on labour law for corporate management boards and management staff. Marcin’s clients include entities which have a variety of ownership structures and which operate in numerous business sectors (inc: IT, new technologies, production, FMCG).
