SSW advised Remondis on acquiring SFW Energia from Iqony

Remondis Polska, the largest Polish recycling services and water management company, has taken over 16 heat and power generating plants in Poland. As a result of the M&A transaction completed in late April, the recycling company has acquired SFW Energia from Iqony, a company from STEAG GmbH group.

SSW lawyers had an opportunity to be involved in this complex and unprecedented deal.
