SSW advised Novastone Capital Advisors and Fryderyk Rdułtowski in connection with the acquisition by a portfolio company of an enterprise of Adex Cosmetics & Pharma.

SSW’s services involved comprehensive transactional advice, including due diligence and negotiations with the sellers, as well as the acquisition of external bank financing and tax aspects.

The transactional team comprised Piotr Spaczyński, Marcin Czaprowski, Leszek Cyganiewicz and Maciej Korzon. Tomasz Kwaśniewski and Aleksandra Kulik advised on financing.
