Magdalena specialises in intellectual property law and new technologies, with a particular focus on the media, film, fintech and IT sectors. She supports clients at every stage of the development of their projects.  She combines legal precision with a deep understanding of the specifics of the creative and digital industries. She has extensive experience in advising on domestic and international film and television productions, including co-productions in various jurisdictions. Her work includes drafting and negotiating various types of agreements specific to the IP, IT and fintech industries.

In the fintech sector, Magdalena advises innovative companies on IP strategy, platform compliance, commercial agreements and digital product development.

She also regularly works with entrepreneurs in the e-commerce and creative industries, offering support in intellectual property audits, licensing and regulations related to online activities.
