  • Developing and negotiating contracts specific to the publishing, film production, television production, on-demand content platforms, gaming and esports industries;

  • Advising an eCommerce transaction system on litigation, analysing IT system and database maintenance contracts; negotiating a settlement to conclude a maintenance agreement for an interim period;

  • Providing day-to-day advice to a global provider of streamer tools and services on IP rights and unfair market practices;
  • Advising a European AAA game developer on game development services agreements; representing the client in settlement negotiations regarding a copyright infringement of game characters;
  • Advising a Polish AA game developer on subsidiary rights, copyright, phonogram and videogram producer rights, database rights in respect of a porting agreement
  • Advising a Polish book publisher on copyright owned by the publisher, related to its transformation into a national cultural institution;
