IP Stars 2026: Individual recognition for SSW lawyers and Trusted Talent Firm distinction

The latest IP Stars rankings have recognised both individual members of SSW’s Intellectual Property team and the practice as a whole. This year, Jakub Kubalski was named a Copyright Star, while Magdalena Wilczyńska and Krystian Tomasik were recognised as Rising Stars. Therefore, SSW was recognised as a Trusted Talent Firm with three ranked experts.

A particular highlight of this year’s results is the first-time recognition of Krystian Tomasik by IP Stars. The ranking also marks another consecutive year of recognition for Jakub Kubalski and Magdalena Wilczyńska, reflecting their continued work advising clients on intellectual property matters.

Led by Jakub Kubalski, SSW’s Intellectual Property team advises clients on the full range of IP matters, including copyright, trademarks, patents, designs, portfolio management, commercial IP issues, enforcement actions and disputes. The team supports clients across both contentious and non-contentious matters, helping them protect, develop and maximise the value of their intellectual property assets.
