Joanna Wymiatał

Joanna specialises in labour law and social security. She advises business entities on employment optimisation, shaping remuneration systems and ongoing support of HR departments. She also advises on unequal treatment and mobbing in the workplace. She represents employers before labour courts in disputes regarding labour law and social security. She conducts training and workshops on labour law for HR departments and managers. She also conducts regular workshops for students of the University of Warsaw as part of the Labour Law Academy. She is a certified Approved Whistleblowing Compliance Officer (AWBO) and supports employers on matters regarding whistleblowers.
