Anna specialises in civil law and commercial law. She provides corporate services to business entities, including by helping to draft and negotiate contracts. She advises on mergers, acquisitions and reorganisations, and she helps to draft and negotiate investment agreements, JVs, shareholders’ agreements, and management contracts. She has experience in advising both borrowers and lenders on commercial contracts and on term loans and collateral. She advises individuals on legal issues related to the disposition of assets and succession planning.
She gained experience as an in-house lawyer at a branch of a foreign credit institution. She has also worked as a volunteer with NGOs, providing legal advice to people in need.
