Robert specialises in national and cross-border real estate transactions and in advising on all stages of development projects in all market segments. He advises clients on everything from agreeing the terms and structure of a transaction (head of terms, letters of intent, joint venture agreements), through to legal due diligence of the assets, obtaining (re)financing of the property (debt financing, equity financing, forward funding, sale-leaseback), acquiring the property (asset deals, share deals), implementing the investment (development management agreements, design work contracts, GC agreements), commercialising the assets, and issues which arise during the post-transaction phase. His particular focus is on logistics, retail and residential projects. He also advises on the real estate aspects of M&A transactions, corporate restructurings and renewable energy projects.

He is also a member of SSW and Kyndryl’s team of experts which is involved in building an AI-based platform for end-to-end automated document analysis – Aquila Solutions.

  • Advising Waimea Holding on a project concerning a warehouse-logistics-production centre in Rzepin. The subject of the transaction included 2 warehouse halls with a total area of approx. 52,000 m, which was commercialised and released to the tenant
  • Advising Waimea Holding on the sale of a logistics and production centre (North-West Logistic Park 2) in Szczecin. The complex consists of 3 halls with a total area of approx. 11,000 m. North-West Logistic Park 2 was the subject of a lease agreement with mLeasing; it was fully commercialised and released to the tenant
  • Advising Skanska on a transaction (asset deal) to sell certain assets of Wytwórnia Konstrukcji Stalowych and its German branch in Cologne
