SSW Pragmatic Solutions advised Skanska S.A. on the sale of Wytwórnia Konstrukcji Stalowych and a branch in Cologne

We advised Skanska S.A. on the legal and tax aspects of an asset deal consisting in the sale to EXBUD Konstrukcje sp. o.o. of selected assets used by Skanska S.A. in the activity of Wytwórnia Konstrukcji Stalowych and a German branch in Cologne. The assets are associated with the production and assembly of steel structures and their parts in Poland and abroad, mainly in Germany.

Skanska S.A. belongs to the Skanska group, the world’s leading companies dealing with construction and real estate development.

EXBUD Konstrukcje sp. z o.o. is a company from the Anna-Bud group specializing in the construction of industrial facilities and public and medical utilities.

The transaction was managed by Paweł Chyb, Ph.D.(Partner).
