The Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF) has approved a prospectus of BoomBit S.A. SSW Pragmatic Solutions acted as the company’s legal advisor in the process.

The Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF) has approved a prospectus of BoomBit S.A. – one of the world’s largest mobile game publisher.

BoomBit is one of the largest mobile game publisher worldwide. The company was established in 2012 in the UK, and currently has a strong market presence in the US, China, the United Kingdom, Slovakia, and Poland. The company’s activity focuses on game production and publishing.

As the BoomBit Group, BoomBit has developed over 500 games for various app stores around the world. The most notable games so far are Dancing Line, Darts Club, Tiny Gladiators and Build A Bridge.

The prospectus was prepared by SSW’s lawyers from the capital markets team. The project team was led by Szymon Okoń, Ph.D. (SSW partner), supported by Dawid Brudzisz (associate) and Tomasz Kwaśniewski (associate).

Other key specialists included Tomasz Wickel  (partner) and Przemysław Szabat (associate) from the tax team.
