Advising Energa S.A on a project to create new corporate governance rules within a capital group; he helped to assess the proper functioning of corporate governance rules within the JSW capital group.

Representing PKN Orlen S.A. in civil litigation, including proceedings to annul resolutions adopted at the company’s general meetings.

Advising Grupa Azoty S.A. when a subsidiary within the group wished to lease an enterprise belonging to Ammono S.A. (company in liquidation), which produced gallium nitride semiconductors and developed “blue laser” technology; he advised Grupa Azoty S.A. on investments carried out with foreign entities from Europe and North America.

Representing Tauron Polska Energia S.A. in litigation regarding attempts to impose liability on the parent company for the obligations of one of its subsidiary companies.
