Tomasz heads SSW’s office in Cracow. He specialises in advising on corporate, commercial, intellectual property and unfair competition law. As part of his practice, he also advises on financial institutions and litigation issues.
He has experience in advising on criminal proceedings regarding economic and property crimes, and on documentary fraud cases.
Tomasz also advises commercial law companies on their day-to-day issues and particular transactions, and drafts or reviews commercial contracts, particularly investment agreements, SPAs and agreements to sell/lease enterprises.
He advises on internal corporate governance within capital groups and on the potential liability of management/supervisory board members for acts or omissions related to the performance of their functions.
