Rafał specialises in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) as well as commercial and corporate law. He advises on capital transactions, including venture capital and private equity investments, focusing on transaction structuring and comprehensive documentation drafting.
He has extensive experience in conducting due diligence surveys and negotiating transactional and investment agreements, supporting clients through all stages of deals. He also advises business clients and capital groups on the reorganisation of ownership structures, including mergers, divisions, and corporate transformations.
Rafał works with domestic and international clients, assisting them in planning and executing complicated transactional and restructuring projects while ensuring that legal solutions are consistent with business objectives.
