Monika specialises in M&A transactions and joint-venture advisory for a diverse range of investors, including PE funds, VC funds, infrastructure funds, strategic investors, and listed companies. She focuses on cross-border projects. She also advises on capital markets and transactions involving public companies, in particular in conducting tender offers. Monika’s transaction experience includes advisory for traditional economic sectors such as manufacturing, transport, energy, infrastructure, healthcare, pharmacy, banking and finance, as well as rapidly developing sectors such as new technology, in particular e-commerce and biotechnology.
