Monika Szczotkowska is an expert in M&A and joint venture advisory, bringing extensive experience in executing transactions for a variety of investors, including private equity (PE) funds, venture capital (VC) funds, infrastructure funds, and strategic investors. She has successfully completed numerous multi-jurisdictional projects and capital markets-related transactions.
