Joanna specialises in competition law, consumer protection law and commercial contract law. She advises clients from numerous industries, including Polish entrepreneurs and international structures, at all levels of trade. She has experience in advising commercial companies and financial institutions.

Within her competition law practice, she develops and implements antitrust compliance programs, conducts due diligence audits of enterprises, distribution structures, discount and pricing policies, and participates in proceedings before antitrust authorities. She supports clients at every stage of concluding contracts. She prepares template and tailor-made commercial contracts for use in domestic and international trade, taking into account applicable restrictions (sanctions, pandemics). In the field of consumer protection law, she comprehensively assesses the legality of clients’ business solutions. She prepares or reviews standard contracts or regulations as well as communications with consumers. She also advises clients from the e-commerce sector.
