Aleksandra specialises in M&A transactions and corporate law. She also has experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, particularly in the defence sector. She cooperates with Polish and foreign entities, both private and public, and acts for both sellers and purchasers. She coordinates due diligence projects and helps to prepare and negotiate transaction documentation, including agreements to sell shares and businesses (in whole or organised parts), shareholders’ agreements and investment agreements.
