SSW is a Legal Advisor to a Leading Pharmaceutical Group under the PPE

We advised on the transformation/creation of an Employee Pension Program (PPE) in the companies of a leading Polish pharmaceutical group.

The program will be conducted in the form of contributions to investment funds managed by renowned TFI. As part of the created PPE, employers will pay 3.5% of the remuneration for participants of the program. Thanks to the establishment of PPE, the whole group will benefit from the exemption from the obligation to establish Employee Capital Plans (PPK).
