- Acting as the Debtor Administrator within sanctioning proceedings: restructuring businesses involved in retailing sportswear and jewellery. Terminating leases and closing unprofitable premises in shopping malls, ensuring that the businesses obtained new financing and regained profitability, negotiating and bringing about an arrangement with creditors;
- Acting as the Administrator appointed by the Financing Bank: restructuring a company involved in leasing A+ class office premises. Normalising the difficult financial situation of a company facing a dramatic lack of liquidity, obtaining new financing, negotiating and concluding a composition agreement with creditors. The value of the arrangement exceeded PLN 100 mln;
- Acting as the Debtor’s Administrator: restructuring a wind power plant, as part of restructuring proceedings. Negotiating the terms of an income arrangement with banks and public financing institutions.
