SSW advised the PKN Orlen Group on the acquisition of the Kanin wind farm 

SSW Pragmatic Solutions advised the PKN Orlen Group on the purchase of the Kanin wind farm located near Darłowo in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship.  

The Kanin wind farm consists of 8 turbines with a capacity of 2.5 MW each. It operates in the green certificate system and has signed agreements for the purchase of energy produced by the farm until 2027. So far, the farm was able to produce up to 50 GWh of energy per year.  

The purchase of the Kanin wind farm is part of PKN Orlen Group’s long-term strategy. The Group plans to have a portfolio of renewable energy sources with a total capacity of 2.5 GW by 2030.
