Arkadiusz is qualified in Germany and Poland. He is the co-head of International Relations of SSW and head of SSW’s German desk. He specialises in M&A transactions, structuring of major foreign investments in Poland and providing general advice to corporate clients on various aspects of company law, commercial and European law.

His experience includes leading due diligence analyses in connection with acquisitions of banks, commercial enterprises and companies operating in various branches of industry.​ In recent years he has handled some of the leading transactions in Poland. ​He advised internationally-renowned investors as well as start-ups entering the Polish market including analysis of feasibility of those investment projects.​

Since 2014, Arkadiusz has been continuously recognised in the Lexology Index (formerly Who’s Who Legal) as one of the leading lawyers in Poland in the field of mergers and acquisitions, and, since 2023, in the field of Foreign Direct Investment (FDI). He has also been recommended by The Legal 500 (Corporate/M&A, Private Equity). His clients describe him as “efficient in managing complex matters and resolving complicated situations”.
