SSW at the Sino International Law Forum (SILF 2026) in Shenzhen
SSW took part in the 2026 Sino‑International Law Forum (SILF 2026) held in Shenzhen on 16–18 April 2026 – an international platform bringing together leading Chinese law firms and lawyers active in cross‑border work. As the only organisation representing Poland at this year’s forum, SSW joined discussions focused on China’s growing role in the global economy and the evolving practice of international legal cooperation.
SSW and our China Desk were represented by Arkadiusz Rumiński and Aleksandra Ryżkowska, both of whom have worked with Chinese clients and investors for many years, bringing extensive experience in advising on China-related multinational projects and a strong track record of supporting investments in Poland, also with a cross-border aspect.
During the event, Aleksandra Ryżkowska actively participated in a discussion panel dedicated to the newly launched lawyer exchange programme between Chinese and international law firms, which was one of the key thematic points of the forum. We hope to welcome interns and secondment lawyers at SSW soon.
In addition to panel discussions, the forum offered a series of practical workshops addressed to lawyers involved in cross‑border projects. The sessions focused on joint client pitches, project scoping and pricing, effective communication with international clients, and the formation of strong, cross‑border advisory teams.
SSW’s participation in SILF 2026 forms part of the firm’s broader strategy to strengthen relationships with Chinese law firms and to further develop its experience in advising on projects connecting China and Europe.
Don’t hesitate to contact SSW. Our China Desk experts are willing to share their insight and implement it according to your needs.
