- Reviewing AION Bank’s loan documentation to ensure compliance with consumer law;
- Advising a Polish debt management company on a planned merger proceeding concerning the acquisition of a Polish consumer credit entity; conducting due diligence of the documentation and proceedings of the acquired structure (loan agreements; proceedings for violation of collective consumer interests);
- Advising a Polish company, a world leader in electronics manufacturing and IT services, by reviewing numerous regulations of competitions, promotional and marketing actions;
- Drafting regulations for a promotional campaign and a loyalty card for a leading retail chain;
- Drafting regulations for an online drugstore and regulations for a loyalty programme and reviewing all communications with consumers, on behalf of a leading drugstore chain.

- Representing a developer from the capital group of a leading domestic manufacturer of precast concrete products in proceedings concerning the application of practices that infringe the collective interests of consumers, as well as in proceedings before the Competition and Consumer Protection Court to declare the provisions of the template as prohibited;
- Advising a global payment card issuer on multi-jurisdictional issues affecting a payment system for online shopping from the perspective of Polish law (consumer rights, prohibited contractual provisions);
- Reviewing a planned gift voucher distribution programme in terms of consumer law and drafting relevant regulations and statements for a national provider of genetic diagnostics and genetic counselling services;
- Advising a leading, globally operating provider of music playback on terminal devices and music downloads on consumer law;
- Advising a manufacturer of automotive components on the legal aspects of connected cars services and functionality from the perspective of personal data protection, the provision of electronic services and telecommunications law;
- Advising one of the largest gaming console manufacturers on voucher sales mechanisms, including by reviewing its consumer communications;
- Helping to prepare a comprehensive and multidisciplinary memorandum which analysed pricing models used in contracts to sell electricity to SMEs, insofar as ensuring compliance with competition and consumer protection law; the client was a Polish renewable energy company which is an international leader in energy trading and solar and wind power consumption.
