Robert specialises in civil and commercial law, with a particular focus on the medical, pharmaceutical and banking sectors, as well as food law and information technology.
He has advised clients at all stages of legal matters, from negotiations and the preparation of documentation, through ongoing corporate and compliance support, to representation in court proceedings.
He has several years of experience in the comprehensive legal support of businesses, including the drafting of commercial agreements and complex pleadings, the protection of intellectual property rights, and disputes relating to medical malpractice.
Robert also has several years of experience in conducting litigation proceedings, including complex civil and commercial disputes as well as mass claims.
