Monika is a Polish-qualified legal advisor. Monika specialises in M&A and joint-venture transactions, advising a diverse range. She also advises on capital markets transactions and transactions involving public companies. Monika’s transaction experience includes advising entities within traditional economic sectors (e.g. manufacturing, transport, energy, infrastructure, healthcare, pharmacy, banking and finance) and rapidly-developing sectors (e.g. new technologies, particularly e-commerce and biotechnology). She advised on numerous landmark transactions, requiring holistic view and complex legal knowledge, including acquisitions of financial institutions, critical infrastructure, as well as complex multi-jurisdictional transactions.
