Michał specialises in employment and HR law, advising on individual and collective employment matters, HR compliance, and social security issues.
He provides ongoing support to HR / People & Culture functions and senior management of Polish and international corporate groups.
His experience includes advising on the employment law aspects of M&A transactions, business transfers, and workforce restructuring projects, particularly in cross-border and multinational environments.
He also assists employers with complex employee and executive exits, including collective redundancy processes.
In his day-to-day practice, Michał advises on a wide range of operational employment matters and supports clients in developing and implementing employment-related documentation, internal policies, procedures and workplace regulations.
