Mateusz specialises in civil, commercial and administrative matters, particularly in negotiations and litigation concerning commercial and investment disputes before national courts and international arbitration tribunals. He is experienced in providing ongoing advice regarding commercial contracts. He represents clients during purchasing procedures at all stages of an investment, particularly when preparing and negotiating contracts. He also specializes in advising clients on public procurement matters, both when applying for and implementing contracts. (a consortium member). Providing comprehensive strategic and legal support during project implementation, including: analysing and developing a strategy to pursue claims regarding project implementation, including conducting contractual correspondence, representing the client during litigation and obtaining bailiff security.   • Advising and representing PGNiG in four multi-million zloty court disputes, conducted against a leading Polish insurer, regarding insurance contracts and equipment failures in drilling wells
  • Advising Indigo Polska on acquiring an entity that concluded an agreement in 2009 with the Municipality of Wrocław (“Design and construction of an underground parking lot with accompanying infrastructure at Nowy Targ Square in Wrocław, including the area and its development”). This includes advising on contractual issues (PPP / license agreement – 40 years) and construction law. Project value: over PLN 50 mln
