Marcin specialises in private market mergers and acquisitions transactions. He advises both strategic and financial investors on the buy-side and the sell-side. He coordinates due diligence processes and prepares and negotiates transaction documentation. Marcin also provides ongoing corporate advisory services and supports corporate reorganisation processes.
