Maksymilian specialises in transactional legal advisory, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions and private equity, as well as capital markets law and corporate law.
He advises private equity and infrastructure funds, their portfolio companies, founders, and financial and strategic investors at all stages of transactions, including acquisitions and disposals of shares and equity interests, corporate restructurings, and mergers.
He has extensive experience in capital markets law including advising on IPOs and providing ongoing regulatory, corporate, and corporate governance support to public companies.
Maksymilian has experience in preparing legal opinions and memoranda in the areas of corporate and capital markets law.
His experience includes projects for clients in the IT, financial services, infrastructure, food, renewable energy, and e‑commerce sectors.
