She advises the creative and e-commerce industries and has extensive experience in advising film productions, including international co-productions which require coordination across multiple jurisdictions. Her expertise includes drafting and negotiating co-production agreements, talent and crew contracts, artwork agreements, music licences and appearance releases.

Magdalena advises entrepreneurs on issues concerning e-commerce and on drafting commercial contracts and conducting IP legal audits.
