Grzegorz Koguciuk

Grzegorz heads SSW’s corporate law and M&A practice. He specialises in civil law and commercial law. He has advised on numerous restructuring projects, mergers, demergers and company transformations, and on corporate disputes and day-to-day corporate issues. He is also experienced in M&A transactions, preparation and negotiating JV and investment agreements. He advises industry entities, including national and international corporations, investment funds / PE / VC and individual clients. His practice also focuses on projects involving cross-border elements and related collaborations with local law firms.
