Arkadiusz is qualified in Germany and Poland. He is the head of the German desk at SSW. He specialises in M&A transactions, structuring major foreign investments in Poland and providing general advice to corporate clients on various aspects of company law, commercial and European law. His experience includes leading due diligence analyses in connection with acquisitions of banks, commercial enterprises and companies operating in various branches of industry.

In recent years he has handled some of the leading transactions in Poland. He advised internationally-renowned investors as well as start-ups entering the Polish market including analysis of feasibility of those investment projects, advice related to various regulatory issues including those connected with data protection, finance and banking (overall FinTech).

Since 2014 continuously has been recognised in the ranking of Who’s Who as one of the leading lawyers in Poland in the field of mergers and acquisitions. In the 2020, 2018, 2017, 2016 and 2015 Legal500 rankings Arkadiusz Rumiński was recognised in Poland in the areas of Corporate/M&A, Private Equity.
