Andrzej specialises in advising on real estate projects (including financing), including the sale and acquisition of businesses, assets and companies carrying out office, warehouse and retail developments. He advises on transactions to develop, sell, purchase or lease commercial, office, logistics, industrial and private rented sector (PRS) properties. He assists with every stage, from drafting and negotiating contracts to providing commercial advice on premises and asset management. Andrzej also advises on construction projects.
