Aleksandra specialises in M&A transactions and in preparing and negotiating all types of commercial agreements. For over 20 years, she has advised buyers and sellers at all stages of investments in various industries, including telecommunications, waste, gaming, handling and parking space management (SPP and Off Street Parking). She advises both private and public entities. She coordinates due diligence projects and prepares and negotiates transactional documentation including share sale agreements, agreements to sell businesses (in whole or in part), shareholders’ agreements and cash flow agreements. She has particular responsibility for assisting private equity funds and large capital groups.
