Jakub specialises in advising on personal income tax (PIT) and social security. Primarily, he deals with PIT-related projects, including: introducing copyright-linked remuneration structures, incentive plans for employees, taxation of management board members in diversified remuneration structures, and settlement of capital gains obtained by investors. He also has experience in advising on the taxation of employees delegated to work abroad.
