SSW acted as legal advisor on the sale of Immo Park to Indigo Polska

Indigo Polska has completed the acquisition of shares in Immo Park. The transaction means that Indigo will be the majority shareholder of the company which operates the largest car park in Wrocław. Car park was built and is operated pursuant to a concession for construction works and services, granted by the City of Wrocław what is quite unique on the market. It is also the first M&A transaction undertaken by the Indigo Group in Poland. The Indigo Group is a world leader in parking and individual mobility. It operates in 750 cities in 12 countries.

SSW’s team was coordinated by Paweł Chyb, Ph.D. (partner in the M&A team), Michał Bagłaj (partner in the Public contracts / tenders team) and Tomasz Wickel (partner in the Tax team).
