We specialise in advising on domestic and international arbitration. We assist in disputes relating to non-performance or improper performance of a contract.

We represent businesses before permanent arbitration courts and in ad hoc arbitrations. We provide legal services in all areas and at every stage of arbitration proceedings.

Our experts are arbitrators in numerous arbitral tribunals in Poland and around the world. In addition to being arbitrators, they work academically and publish articles and books on law and arbitration.

  • Representing the respondent in ad hoc arbitration proceedings conducted under the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules at the ICDR/AAA in New York (International Centre for Dispute Resolution/American Arbitration Association). The dispute concerned claims for payment and the termination of a franchise agreement
  • Representing the respondent at the LCIA (London Court of International Arbitration) in a dispute concerning financial instruments
  • Representing the respondent at the ICC (International Chamber of Commerce) in arbitration proceedings concerning a seller’s liability for infringing a share sale agreement
  • Representing the claimant in ICC arbitration proceedings concerning the improper performance of a large-scale construction agreement
  • Representing the claimant in proceedings before the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce. The dispute concerned liability under a share sale agreement
  • Advising on proceedings before the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce regarding a FIDIC agreement. The dispute concerned the late completion of an investment and a number of related claims against the contractor

  • Representing the respondent in arbitration before the Lewiatan Arbitration Court in a dispute concerning the alleged liability of the seller of shares in various Polish companies
  • Representing the respondent in proceedings instituted by Servier and others based on a bilateral investment treaty
  • Supporting an international legal team which represented a claimant in arbitration based on a bilateral investment treaty
  • Advising the Polish state in post-arbitration proceedings initiated by Flamingo DutyFree Shop to enforce a judgment of a foreign arbitral tribunal
