Anita Palukiewicz a speaker at the School of Underground Mining Conference

The School of Underground Mining is a conference of the Stanisław Staszic AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow and the “Science and Mining Traditions” Foundation of the Underground Mining Section of the Mining Committee of the Polish Academy of Sciences, the Main Committee on Underground Mining of the Polish Mining Association (ZG SiTG), and the Association of Polish Strike Engineers. 

During SGO 2022 particular emphasis is going to be placed on issues related to safe mineral extraction and minimisation of natural hazards, the country’s raw materials policy and issues of access to deposits, the latest legal regulations in the area of open-pit mining, operation of open-pit mining plants, obtaining environmental decisions and mining concessions, etc. 

The conference takes place on 6-8 June 2022 at the Gołębiewski Hotel in Wisła. 

Anita takes part in the panel “Changes to the Geological and Mining Law in 2022” which is to be held on 7 June at 9:30 am. 

Anita Palukiewicz is an attorney at law at SSW, she has many years of experience in administrative proceedings concerning concessions for prospecting, exploration or extraction of mineral deposits, with particular focus on energy minerals.
