– In this context, it should be noted that the wording of article 23 clause 4 has not been fully thought out, says Marcin Cetnarowicz, legal advisor, Partner of SSW Pragmatic Solutions. – If we pay remuneration for a given month by the 10th day of the next month, i.e. payout for June 2020 we will pay out by July 10th, 2020, then we will calculate the payment to PPK and collect it in July 2020 and transfer it to the account Employee PPK in a financial institution by August 15th, 2020. Marcin Cetnarowicz notes – if an employee resigns from PPK in August, it will have different consequences depending on the date on which it is submitted.
