Maciej specialises in competition law and consumer protection. In his practice, he advises clients on merger control matters and assesses the legality of their business solutions from a consumer protection perspective. He is meticulous in ensuring that clients’ activities do not infringe the collective interests of consumers.
He also has experience across a broad range of civil law. He supports clients throughout the contractual process — from drafting and reviewing agreements to providing ongoing advice on the proper performance of obligations.
In his work, he conducts comprehensive legal research to verify that clients’ operations comply with Polish law, EU law, and the legal frameworks of individual EU Member States.
