Damian specialises in transactional advisory services, both on domestic and international markets. He advises investors as well as founders and shareholders. He also provides advisory services on day-to-day corporate aspects.

In the course of more than 10 years of experience, he has advised clients from the new technology, advertising, pharmaceutical, medical, media, food, FMCG, and energy industries. His experience also includes participation in restructuring projects, including mergers, transformations and divisions of companies.
