Janusz specializes in court litigation and arbitration proceedings. He also has extensive experience in complex bankruptcy, restructuring and enforcement proceedings.
Janusz’s experience includes, in particular, acting for capital market entities in court, administrative and court-administrative as well as criminal proceedings. Janusz has represented his clients in many precedent disputes arising from malperformance, non-performance, invalidity or ineffectiveness of contracts. He has also successfully represented his clients in precedent proceedings of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority in a case involving prohibiting an issuer from making a public offering. He has successfully advised public companies, members of management and supervisory boards of public companies and leading shareholders in administrative proceedings of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority.
